I have been working on cutting back on my drinking and for a month now have only been having wine 1-2 x week. I have the wine when I am out at a restaurant and limit myself to 2 glasses. This weekend we did no go out and had dinner at home and opened a bottle of wine. I found myself on my third glass and am now wondering if I should limit myself and just never drink at home. I’m doing the learn and move on but wondering if it just makes it too hard. I’d appreciate your thoughts !
