Over drinking Question

Hi Brooke,
In your recorded over drinking calls, you ask your clients how much they’ve been drinking. I’ve noticed that there is usually a long pause after this question as they take inventory and, I suspect, weigh how honest they want to be. Most of them seem to answer very honestly. It seems that step 1 is owning how much you are habitually used to drinking. Is this right? If so, I don’t really know. Since much of my over drinking is social, I believe that my first step might need to be giving myself the next week to observe my drinking habits and take inventory of how much I drink, when I drink and what I drink so I know what my starting point is. Would you please share your thoughts, suggestions, guidance on this?
All the best 🙂
