Overcoming Porn Addiction


Dear Brooke,

I have admired your work for the last 12 months and listened to majority of the podcasts. I am struggling with overcoming porn addiction which started over 15 years ago. My phone is my enemy and a companion. It allows me to stay in touch with my wife and friends while also tends to aid in my addiction. I have started thought work and problem reveal work around this topic. My issues step from lack of confidence and respect for my own body. I have taken steps to reduce the addition and now feel stuck in the thought sequence ladder. I am slowly learning more about my triggers which are generally early in the morning or after work. Can you provide any guidance on how I can continue to overcome and evolve these thoughts / emotions / actions?
