Overcoming the reasons you don’t want what you want.

Hi Brooke,

I didn’t start this program with a goal of losing weight. I’m in good shape and exercise regularly and like it. But I am about 13 pounds over what I was when I was in my 20s (early 50s now). However, I realized that I think my stretch marks (from pregnancies) and my breasts will look worse if I lose the last 10 pounds. Now that I do want to drop that weight, I am having a hard time with these thoughts. Any suggestions?
