Hi coaches, I want to move past a habit of quitting. I do it on a lot of things, but this time specifically SCS. Can you please help me with my model work on this topic? I think I might be misplacing some of these things. I can’t always see the difference between C’s, T’s and A’s.
C: Commitment of 90 days in SCS
T: I want to quit on everything
F: discouraged, defeated, detached/checked out
A: binge all day on videos, create overwhelms and beat downs, quit after only 1 week in SCS
R: keep indulging in the cycle of quitting in this + other places in my life
C: Commitment of 90 days in SCS
T: I want to keep my commitment to myself to grow in SCS for 90 days
F: determined, curious
A: fill out a TDL worksheet every day, monitor my progress
R: complete 90 days of SCS and keep my commitment to myself
