Hi
I have two goals. Stop Overeating and Stop Overdrinking. I have been struggling to decide which one to focus on first. So I have been seesawing for a while now. Is it pissible to do both?
I rewrote my protocol this morning:
No alcohol
No carbs
No sugar
No snacking
Intermittant fasting
Is this something I can do? I feel the two goes hand in hand.
