I have lost about 30 pounds and am 8 pounds away from my goal. I also joined self coaching scholars 3 months ago. I am reaching out because yesterday i had my first overeat to the point of feeling sick to my stomach. My stomach was in pain plus I felt nauseous. This has not happened in a very long time to me. I was consciously doing it. I was very conscious and took the decision to take each bite. What should i do right now to use this as a learning experience? A thought download? Any questions I should ask myself? I have an idea of what triggered it but again, want to use this as a stepping stool and not to beat myself up. Thanks in advance!
