I notice that as I approach the end of a meal – and I notice I am no longer physically hungry – I usually keep eating. I sometimes eat until I am uncomfortably full, but I want to stop when I first notice fullness. How do I do that? I don’t have any weight loss goals. I’m content where I’m at. But I do want to understand if I’m eating emotionally or what’s going on exactly.

I think some of my thoughts at this time are
– Just a little more.
– I know I don’t need more but I want more.
– It’s okay, you’re pregnant.

Part of me is wondering if I’m buffering. Another part is wondering is I’m just seeking pleasure? Or both? Or something else?
