Overeating at each meal…


What will it take for me to stop overeating at each meal? Do I serve myself a small portion and plan to NOT get seconds? I have listened to all of your overeating videos and podcasts… so I know intellectually… I just need to put it into practice. There’s something strange about not feeling slightly more than full that I am not comfortable with… like a job unfinished. Please advise! Thank you.
