Overeating at night


At night I break my protocol. I eat food. Those are the facts without the story.
WITH the story I want to spend time with my husband. He enjoys movies that include killing people. This is not relaxing to me. Being with him means a lot.
I don’t know if I need to work on feeling great being with him and ignore how the movies make me feel OR allow the crappy feelings and see it at 50/50…50 amazing time with hubby 50 horrible what we watch

Bottom line the RESULT I want to create is to stay on protocol all day
The THOUGHT I would like to have is I am determined to stay on protocol
I make these declarations each morning and lately each night I’m not getting the results

HELP!
