Overeating because of fatigue

Hi there,

I have followed a keto lifestyle for a long while now, but I still find that I want to overeat or eat sweet things every afternoon when I feel exhausted.

I was diagnosed last year with chronic fatigue syndrome and this shows up almost daily where I need to have an afternoon nap.

But when working I can’t always have an afternoon nap – so the I reach for something sweet to give me a quick boost.

Any advice on how to better manage this?
