Overeating & Drinking in the evenings… I’m just tired :(


Hello 🙂 In the evening after the day, I am just tired. Instead of just relaxing I will start to snack and drink and then feel like shit after doing it because I overeat. I give in so easily. What can I do instead? Just go with the feeling, Im tired and experience it? Start replacing the food and drink with just take a break, lay down, whatever that is better ( healthier ) than giving in to the tiredness. What the hell, why can’t I just be tired. Im one of those people that have to be doing something. Im having trouble coming up with the intentional model 🙁 Thank you for your help!
