Overeating–maintaining weight


Hi, I have a question about developing a protocol when it comes to maintaining weight. My goal isn’t that I want to lose weight and in fact I think I’m at a healthy weight, but instead I want to change the way I think and feel about my eating/food. I currently use it as a buffer when I feel stressed and I know I’m eating way too much sugar, flour, etc. Do you have any suggestions on the protocol when it comes to maintaining weight or is everything the same regardless?
