Hi Coaches. I’m a VIP member and started the overeating masterclass yesterday. I kept notes & downloaded the first worksheets to start using them. I wanted to ask a specific question. What is the recommended rhythm of doing this masterclass & timeframe? It’s suggested over six months, doing it gradually.
One part of me says, “Do it quickly! before summer holidays come.” I think the idea there (underlying) is “lose all the remaining weight I want to lose before holidays & then eat ‘as I wish’ on holiday.”
Another part of me says, “Better to do it slowly, to incorporate holidays within the masterclass thinking, and also to establish better habits, think more widely about my eating habits & weight gain habits, and that includes holiday eating too.”
