I am having trouble figuring out my “R” line for some of my models, ever since I learned that they are supposed to be directly tied back to the “T” line. Here is an example:

C – Scale says gained 1 pound
T – I am doing this overeating program wrong
F – Dejected, hopeless, sad, curious
A – Try to figure out why by looking at food log, salt choices, exercise, water
R – ???

Can you please review this with me to help me figure out why this model seems to have gone astray?
