overeating on nuts


I know it sounds silly – but I can never seem to stick to one serving of almonds…or cashews….or walnuts…I buy a bag and portion them out – but then I dip into 2/3 servings by the end of the night – feel bloated – and wonder why I can’t lose my last 7 lbs…
I just bought individual bagged portions thinking “that will fix the problem” but I think I’m missing the point…Why is it so hard to stop after one serving? What am I resisting or not trying to feel?
