I just finished the overeating videos. I have 20 pounds to lose to reach my goal weight. I’m maintaining a protocol though not planning specifics ahead of time – for example, it’s always salad with 4 oz. protein or veggies with 4 oz. protein. And half an avocado or 2 tbsp of peanut butter. But I don’t know the day before what kind of protein it will be or what veggies will be in the fridge. Is this sufficient? Or is there a greater purpose to planning and writing it down that I’ll miss out on?
Also, how do I access the deeper work? (I see all these questions and the excitement around the monthly work and I’m feeling jealous and behind.) Sometimes I feel quite rudimentary in describing/understanding my emotions. Where do I start? Where do I go from here? Does it start with having an urge/craving (not responding to it) and and then writing about it?
