OVEREATING PROGRAM


HELLO, I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING YOUR PODCAST AND ALSO SIGNED UP FOR SCHOLARS – HAVE A QUESTION – DOING EVERYTHING CORRECTLY – GET ON SCALE EVERY DAY STILL WITH FEAR, VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET WHEN DON’T SEE IMPROVMENT. THE ONLY TIME I SEE SCALE GOES DOWN IS WHEN I FAST , WHICH I DO TWICE A WEEK NOW, PLUS INTERMITTEN FASTING EVERY DAY – EAT FROM 2-8, MY PROTOCHOL IS VEGABBLES, ANI,AL OR PLANT PROTEIN AND RICE AS CARB, VERY SMALL PORTION. OCCASIONALLY FRUIT. GAINED 2 LBS OUT OF THE BLUE. I FEEL LIKE IM BECOMING ONE OF THOSE NEUROTICS WITH EATING DISORDER.
