You teach about the hunger scale where we need to stop eating when satiated in order not to overeat. But when doing intermittent fasting with a 8h eating window and you have 2 meals, do you still use the hunger scale?
Watching the course Stop Overeating, you mentioned that you did a 4h eating window and had 2 big meals… in this case you “overeat”? or just use the hunger scale?
Another question is about sugar & flour, where we have to eliminate from our protocol, but you also teach about joy eating which from I understood it can include sugar & flour? Sorry I got a bit confused here.
