Overeating Workbook and Getting It Done Workbook.

I have joined scholars to lose weight and free myself from food buffering. I will be working the stop overeating workbook and I would like to include the September “Getting It Done” work. My 30 day goal is to lose between 7-10lbs. I feel the 30 day goal work compliments the overeating work. Do you recommend doing this or should I just stick to the overeating workbook? Also, I am not sure if this goal is doing and creating something? My doing is losing weight. Not sure if I am creating something…..except for a lighter body.
