Overwhelm from feeling my emotions

I am going through your stop over eating class and I have developed my protocol which is no sugar no flour. And it was great day one and 2 but on day 3 I cannot stop feeling overwhelmed with everything I do for work and I just want to go eat. I know I’m supposed to feel my feelings, I do a thought download and a model but within minutes I start to feel overwhelmed and very anxious again. Any help?
