One of my biggest struggles has to do with time management. I constantly feel overwhelmed and like I don’t know what I’m supposed to be working on. I also can’t remember what I’ve already done or where were at with a project. I feel so much shame and my brain 🧠 Physically feels like it’s being constricted. I was diagnosed with adhd because it’s become such a problem. I have such a hard time keeping track of all of our client projects as well as internal projects and I don’t know how to get it all done. I just sit in overwhelm and am not as productive as I know I could be and want to be. Then I feel really bad about myself because I’m not showing up the way I want to. I have seen an improvement since joining scs but I wondered if you could coach me on this.
