I am revisiting Eckhart Tolle and am trying to make sense of the pain-body concept again.
Does this make sense to you-
-I get triggered with emotional pain caused by some collection of feelings that still have a life within my body
-I allow myself to consciously observe and feel the pain
-I come to understand the essence of the belief that is causing the pain
-I allow the pain to vibrate and flow through me
-Then I brainstorm new thoughts that are likely to either a) prevent the pain or b) help me minimize or alleviate the pain
Is this correct?
