Panic attacks – what helped me


Just wanted to chime in on panic attacks. I had those terribly for several years, until one day I had the epiphany that they were just energy. And I could allow the energy. I did that as I felt the anticipatory anxiety arise and I watched it pass right through me. Then they stopped forever. Haven’t had one again in 23 years. It’s all teaching us to stop buffering and feel, right?
