The non-profit I work for as the Development and Communications manager is remodeling. Our executive director posted the preliminary architect drawings and ask for feedback. I gave some and I am having anxiety over it and then shame over my anxiety. I can’t even bring myself to look at the post to see if anyone commented (it’s an online forum shared between 18 staff members).
