I recently joined and have enjoyed listening to your podcasts. Everything you have noted is what has made me successful to date. I am an emergency physician who runs a ‘business’ with about 100 staff, $20 million budget … Have no issues w/ weight/diet, alcohol or other drugs … live healthy, believe I can do anything (after all, today is ‘international women’s day!) … BUT parenting teenage kids (13 yo and 15 yo) is literally and figuratively killing me. Do you have resources for coaching around dealing w/ teenagers?
