Partner’s opinion regarding weight loss

My husband is has expressed concern about “meal skipping” as he terms dining in. He feels I am becoming anorexic and should see a doctor. I’m 5’4″ and 137 pounds (down from 142). He emphasizes that he is completely satisfied with my body and does not want me to be bony. I think it’s sweet that he accepts me, but at the same time, I’d like to weigh 125. I’m very tempted to go through with the doctor’s visit to show respect for our partnership (after all, he got a colonoscopy because I was concerned), and possibly have a protocol which does not involve intermittent fasting. It may slow weight loss down, but if I understand the coaches correctly, the thought work (allowing urges, not buffering) is the important thing, and I will still be doing that work, no matter what. The weight loss would be a side effect. Bad plan?
