People Pleasing and Caring what others think

Caring what others think hold me back. I worry if someone is angry with me or if they think I am bad at my job. I worry if they think I gained weight, if I am a weak manager or if I made the wrong choice. I worry about what I said that day or if I should have spoke up. I feel anxious and shame when certain people respond to me a certain way. What thoughts or actions can I take to stop this cycle?
