Perceiving Too Many Thought Errors

Hi Coaches,

I’m working on my thoughts about work that cause me stress, however I’ve noticed I’ve been adding what I guess is an extra layer on top?

F: inadequate
A: judge myself, decide I am failing at coaching myself, buffer by watching tv
R: my judgement is an obstacle for managing my mind

C: work
T: I can identify thought errors about my work situation and it’s ok that they come up often
F: curious
A: thought download, think about ways I could have my own back, identify what’s part of the 50:50 and whether I want to stay with that feeling or create a new one
R: I have my own back
