Perfectionist Thinking

I have recently learned how my perfectionist thoughts were getting in the way of my life being at a stop; in the process, I realized the problem thoughts were around failure to meet my own expectations, which I discovered caused me to create berating and harsh thoughts(beat myself up) so now that I’m aware of this pattern.

I wondered if there are any resources in the vault that can help me let go of these destructive behaviors and learn to be more forgiving and nicer to myself, and learn to let go of my expectations.
