perimenopause and weight loss


Hi coaches,

Has Brooke or any of her coaches done research on perimenopause and weight loss. I am in perimenopause and been following my protocol of no flour/sugar/snacks, eat two meals between 12-6pm. My meals include a fat, a grain, a protein and lots of vegetables. I have been doing this since October and have stayed steady at a 10 lb weight loss for two months. I have 40 lbs to lose still. I have been this weight for 20 years. That extra 10 lbs came on two years ago so it was much easier to get rid of. I am at a loss and look forward to your response.
