I’ve heard Brooke talk about Weight Loss coaches. I am plus sized and I am recovering from an eating disorder. I have worked very hard to get to a point where I love my body (at least most times). However, I live a very sedentary lifestyle and I would really like to become more physically active. Unfortunately, I have a trauma history around movement and exercise. Also, I have found that focusing on weight loss doesnt work for me. Strength and fitness are things I want and if weight loss is a side product thats great but I refuse to make that the reason I am working out.
I want to work with a coach that understands all this and is able to support my values and goals. Do you guys know anyone I can work with?
