I am curious if you ever experienced any physical effects when doing work on your relationship with your mom? Ever since i started our may work i have had this sinus headache come and go and it is getting worse as i move on with being more vulnerable with her and my dad. As you said it is one of the most painful processes to go through. I have had a few breakthroughs on that front but a sinus headache is still there, i have never had that before, and ive also never worked on my relationship with my mom before. Would be great to hear if you have had ang similar experiences with mental work and physical manifistations of it. Any advice for that ? Thanks so much !
