Picking one feeling and describing it.

When I work on my own models or with a coach, I struggle to come up with just one feeling. I want to say for example “disappointed, hurt, worried, frustrated” and literally have the hardest time choosing just one. Am I making it too big of a deal? However, even though this is just my first month of training, I have listened enough to understand that naming, describing and understanding the sensations in my body is crucial to being able to live with the uncomfortableness of the “disappointment, hurt, worry and frustration” I make my circumstance mean. Can you help me learn how to choose just one? Which one is best to choose? And how to not just lump them all together?
