My plan for my indulgent emotion…


I’m having trouble with that question in our homework! I feel like I’m so caught up in my indulgent emotion that I totally draw a blank on how to come up with a plan to stop indulging in it. The only thing I can think to do is to set it aside and try to think something else – am I on the right track? How does that actually help? I’ve been trying to figure out the whys behind my indulgent self-doubt but I don’t feel like I get anywhere.
