Plan to not indulge in emotions


Hi! I’m looking at week 2’s exercise and I’d like some direction on how to form a plan to not indulge in an emotion. The one I’m stuck on right now is victimization. Are there any examples that you can give to not indulge in victimization (or any indulgent emotion)? All I have right now is “Do models and be curious.” Maybe that’s not even a plan…Anyway, thanks in advance!
