I listen to your podcasts on productivity and procrastination daily as I drive into work. I have been planning my “do goals” and planning my productivity. I can definitely see an improvement in my work and timing. This week however my kids (2 and 5) got sick and my plans went to heck. I am up against a tight deadline now and still managing family. My negative thoughts have definitely become louder. So my question is, how do reset. These things happen, right? Or did I fail to plan for contingencies like this?
