Planning each quarter’s fails


I’m confused about the three different pages to fill out for each quarter; for example p 29-31 for quarter 1. All three pages say to write actions that we can take next quarter, but I keep hearing Brooke and Ask a Coach answers saying that it’s actually results we’re supposed to write. What do I do with the second and third pages for each quarter?

My goal is to honor my calendar 100% this year. Would worthy fails be just listing various big items that I would normally procrastinate and not honor on my calendar, like washing my house’s windows? And then just find 24 more of that type of to-do item?
