I heard Brig talk about planning for an urge. What does this look like? Is it making a model around the C being an urge? Also, I don’t use food to buffer so much as I just experience desire and urges for chocolate and then think something has gone wrong and I have to give in and start again tomorrow. I’ve been trying to lose weight for a year in SCS and am only getting heavier- I guess I have a few models going on here.
