I recently lost 9 pounds intermittent fasting (my eating window is 1PM-7PM) and honoring my protocol (mostly, I’m getting better). It went great for two weeks. But recently it’s been extremely uncomfortable to stick to that eating window. I feel low energy and foggy and hungry. I have also plateaued at 133. I want to lose another 5-8 pounds.

Should I eat more food? Should I lengthen my eating window? Should I cycle the intermittent fasting and not do it all the time? Or maybe something else?
