Plateau or not ?


My September goal – weight loss .
My protocol has been adjusted by Pat , lost weight , now it’s 2 weeks and no weight loss
IF – 8pm to 4pm
Coffee with 2 teaspoons of coconut oil
Vegetables – fresh salad , steamed kale , 4oz of fish with olive oil – one meal a day
6pm – decaf coffee with 2 teaspoons of coconut oil .
Eat the same every day .
Am I consuming too much fat ?
Makes me feel so good – energy , no appetite , but what is the problem ?
I order from Dig Inn , when not making my meals , which is 4 times a week when work .
Eliminated grains completely .
