Plateaued weigh loss

Hi Brook,

I have been on the plan for the past 3 weeks and lost 5 pounds in the first week by eliminating alcohol, sugar and flour but since then, almost no weight loss. I can’t figure out how to change it. I don’t eat between 8 PM and 11 AM but I do drink coffee with milk from 5:30 AM until 9. What can I do to kick start the plan? Am I missing something?
