Am I on the right track? I’ve been doing the January homework but want to make sure I am using the Model correctly.

Unintentional Thought Pattern:
C: Constant eating of non-fuel foods
T: I will never be able to change
F: Hopeless
A: Keep eating non-fuel foods
R: Gain weight

Intentional Thought Pattern
C: Constant eating of non-fuel foods
T: I am making a choice and can change that choice at any time
F: I’m in control, no problem!
A: Choose to stop
R: Maintain or lose weight
