Please elaborate on procrastination and getting things done :)


Hi Brooke
This month that you have created is incredible

I am wondering if you could please elaborate on the concept of procrastination and showing up for yourself, because you seem so good at it, and you really get it, but I don’t get what you get yet, and I want to get it.

For me I am beginning to connect with the pain of hurting myself, so this is what I’ve come up with.

I would like more of your ideas

C- Commitment to self
T-I do what I say I’ll do for myself because I don’t want to hurt myself, I don’t want to feel bad, I don’t want to let myself down, I want to help myself be happy or content or at least neutral
F-self-compassion
A- taking what I say I’ll do seriously
R- doing what I say I’ll do
