Please help unstick me. (MM)


Hi Coach,

I just did a personal 10 minute call to get some coaching. My goal joining SCS was to lose 40 lbs. I’ve lost 20 and have remained here for the past 3 months. I want to continue on and lose the remaining 20.

The coach I talked to today suggested I start eliminating reasons I’m still at the 20 lb mark. Here’s a possible one, just trying to get some feed back on it:

I currently eat lunch and supper. I’m off flour and sugar, and not usually hungry when I eat. I eat to be with my family. I eat lunch (big salad) with my kids at 12:30, and supper at 5:30. Usually veg, protein, and potato or quinoa. Super clean, simple and healthy. I also eat a high fat yogurt and sometimes a piece of fruit for desert.

I follow a strict routine. I want to eat with my family at these times. Do I just need to eat less? So that I’m hungry at meal times? Or cut down to one meal a day?

I don’t think I’m willing to miss meal time with my family for the rest of my life. I’m fine skipping breakfast, but I want to spend lunch and supper communing with them.

Please help me unstick myself.
