I know you can’t. I have to do that. I have lost my weight. 40 plus pounds at 67. For those that think you can’t after menopause…and I did it without one lick of exercise. That was a super exciting thing to discover. Don’t use up your willpower trying to exercise, use it to make the right food choices. But, now I know its time. For my health. To be stronger to live longer. But, I just can’t seem to get up and get going. I know..just do it, but everyday I think about it and do nothing.
