I don’t have a good model for this yet, there are about four or five days every month where I find it incredibly difficult to have a pause in between my thought and my action. It’s frustrating to me because I immediately feel regretful when I lash out or respond in a way that’s not how I wish to interact with my family.

I do think this is incredibly influenced by hormones. However, I’m hoping that there is some advice for me on how to improve during these days.

I’d say the number one issue is irritability. Is that a feeling?
