How much of a role do hormones play in the way we think and feel? It seems like sometimes I have a much harder time getting myself out of a funk or showing up as my best self. I noticed this time it is within a week of my period and I find myself blaming PMS. While I understand hormones may have a role….there has to be something I can control here, right?

Or should I let myself be grumpy and sad for 5 days every month and expect it will come? That doesn’t seem fun.
