I’m struggling to work with the model on this one. I always have PMS the week before my period comes like clockwork. I have a couple days where I feel really down, I’m extremely irritable, and don’t want to deal with anything.
Where I’m getting tripped up is when I put in my feeling as irritable, I do believe this tied to the PMS/hormones, and not my thoughts. The same circumstance can happen, but my feeling/action is different than a day when I don’t have PMS.
I hope this makes sense. I’m just looking for some direction because I’m having one of those days and not liking how I show up, especially with my kids, as I tend to yell more and become extremely impatient/irritable.
