Pms & self sabotage


I do well following My protocol for most of the month until it comes to when I start having PMS and then I have a day or a few days that are off. I get horrible migraines. And then i feel l deserve to eat whatever because i feel so crappy. And I know it’s my thoughts causing everything, I just feel like I need a Pattern interrupt of sorts… Maybe just help with another model? I want to figure this one out because it transfers whenever i dont feel well…
